Our inspiration and mission
Lauer Firearm Training Dynamics was founded on the belief that responsible firearm ownership begins with proper education. Our main goal is to teach people of all ages about firearm safety and help seasoned shooters further develop their skills. We aim to create a safe, educational, and empowering environment for every individual who trains with us. We are committed to fostering responsible firearm practices and enhancing shooting proficiency across all experience levels.
Meet your certified instructor
Our expertise stems from a strong background in law enforcement and extensive firearm instruction. As a WV LEO Firearms Instructor trained in Handgun, Rifle, and Shotgun, an NRA Handgun Instructor, an NRA Range Safety Officer, and a Certified Glock Armorer, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every training session. I have been a sworn WV law enforcement officer since 2016 and an NRA handgun instructor since 2015, ensuring professional and up-to-date instruction.
